Your physical body is a massive aspect of your continued spiritual awakening and ascension pathway. In this workshop we will explore the connection our physical body plays in ascension and begin to expand and activate into our next level of spiritual connection with our physical body. 

In this workshop we will cover:

  • Connecting to, understanding and honoring your physical body and nervous system as a pathway to ascension
  • How we are shifting on a physical level and how to support yourself
  • How DNA plays a role and how to begin connecting with your DNA
  •  Understand the value and role of working with your physical body for ascended co creation

This workshop is 60 minutes presentation style followed by a 20 minute journey.
