Sovereignty and Empowerment Frequency Activation
This recording includes a variety of frequencies and modalities including light language to help activate you on an energetic level to your natural state of sovereignty and empowerment.
Listen to it at least once fully involved and focused and you can have a more flexible attention future times that you listen. I recommend checking in with yourself intuitively to feel into how many listens is most beneficial for you. Usually somewhere around 10 is a good place to start and revisit as you feel guided.
After a number of re-listens you can have this on in the background as you journal or go about other self care to benefit from the frequencies without fully engaging.
