Release pressure, ground energy, accept peace.
A theme that has been carried throughout February is to tune in, listen to your inner voice – no not the one that is putting pressure on you, being hard on you and holding you up to impossible standards – the one that is supporting, encouraging, giving you clear directions.
She is in there yet when we focus on our flaws on what is seemingly not going our way we silence her. When we focus on what we love about ourselves and spend time in activities that remind us of our strengths and joys we encourage her to speak up.
Now her voice may not ring in your ears to start with, you may have a connection with her through other senses. She may give you a clear visual or you may notice a sensation in your body to get your attention and have you tune within. If you are noticing persistence in your body this is a wonderful week to quietly meditate and ask your body what it is trying to tell you – what the message is. It may give you more clarity about your direction or where you need to shift your way of thinking or living to more fully support you.
When you are at a place where you are able to focus on your strengths and hold yourself in a place or love or at the least neutrality then it’s time to speak up. The theme of expression carries on through this year and when we express from our heart-centered intuition we are advancing our spiritual path and expanding our clarity and potential.
You are on the right path, yet that doesn’t mean you should be pushing forward. Keep going but stay mindful of how you feel in your body. Forward movement + intuitive listening + recalibration = moving into your power this week. Be sure the direction you are headed feels right to you, and know that you can change course at any time and trust that if it feels like the best direction (not always the easiest) then it is safe to allow yourself to flow into it.
The guidance this week is quite simple.
Check-in with yourself. How do you feel about the direction you are headed? How do you feel about yourself? Give yourself some compassion and focus on the best parts of yourself and your life. Note what it feels like as you visualize traveling in the direction you are headed. Do you feel connected and expanded? Is there anything left to shift?
When you feel in a state of self-gratitude and expanded flow ask what you are ready to express or simply start to write or paint or doodle and see what comes out. Your Higher self and body are collaborating to have you bring your Soul essence and mission to reality.
Allow yourself to flow. Allow yourself to receive. Set intentions and ask for Divine support and the means to make it happen. Trust yourself, know you are worthy, deserving and fully capable of bringing this desire to fruition.
Finally as always, but especially in the Winter months care for yourself. There is no set time frame we all adhere to. If you body needs rest and rejuvenation deliver it. If you need expression, self-belief, and dedicated practice of reminding yourself how amazing you are and that you are capable then do that.
Assess – accept – listen – ground – take action. Don’t forget about your power to create worlds. Make it happen.
