Part of the ascension path is creating a life that is aligned to who you really are. That reflects your soul truth, that is abundant, flowing and full of joy. This doesn’t mean there are no challenges, there will always be challenges they are a part of growth and ascension.
On the path of aligning and cocreating this life of abundance, flow and joy we will be called to make changes. We will be called to adjust our mindset and point of attraction to create positive shifts in our life and these shifts are ultimately what anchors our ascended reality bit by bit tiny adjustments and big shifts help us to move into our truth and away from illusion, separation and lack.
To create these shifts it’s all about vibration, about your vibration and point of attraction. When you are vibrating at your soul truth you attract not only miracles, abundance and all the good stuff you also attract empowerment, inspiration, innovation and momentum to create the shifts.
One thing I have noticed about creating meaningful mindset and energy shifts is that you need to have the right base in order to get solid footing for the shift to take place.
This is where the heart chakra and magnetic field and the nervous system and electrical field come into focus.
Let’s first look at the nervous system. This system functions so that we don’t have to think about it, it has it’s very own version of perception – called neuroception that takes cues from your inner and outer environment and from those around you to determine if you are in a safe zone, in a danger zone or if you are totally screwed and should shut down right where you are.
When you are in a safe zone, or ventral vagal you are feeling connected, engaged, supported and empowered. You are in a position to create change in your life. Your physical body has the capacity for it. Your physical body is on board with the shift and all systems are go. However, if you are in a sympathetic or dorsal vagal state and your nervous system is sending signals that it is not safe to make any changes, we are just trying to survive here! Your shifts don’t have a base to stand on. They stand up and topple over like a two-legged tripod. You might have your mindset on board and be focused on your desired reality but within your nervous system alarm bells are going on. This creates a distortion in your request to the universe and the inspiration, empowerment and momentum that are required to create the shift fall flat because all your energy is going into survival and just keeping your head above water.
Picture this as the electrical field around your body, and your nervous system is sending out signals about what state you are aka what you are attracting. So keep this in mind. Your point of attraction is in part determined by your nervous system.
Let’s zoom in now on the heart field, the magnetic field of the heart. This is a direct line to Source/ God/ The Universe. The magnetic pulses from your heart chakra activate and work with your nervous system and mental energy to signal to what you are/ your point of attraction.
Staying with the visual of the tripod picture one leg being the nervous system, one leg being the heart field or how you feel and one leg being your mindset and what you believe. All 3 of these legs are important to create a steady base for your request to the universe, your point of attraction to effective.
Myself and many other teachers have spoken in depth about creating the right mindset for attraction, convincing yourself that you already have your desires and I am not diminishing the power of this aspect of cocreation. Yet there is more to the picture.
Especially right now as we are moving through turbulent times on earth, in full swing of ascension and transformation. In full swing of dredging up shadows and distortions so we can bring it to light. It is one extra large order for our nervous system and hearts to handle. Even if you ignore the news, stear clear of social media you are still ultimately part of the collective and moving through these energies like everyone else, and if you’re listing to this podcast you are also sensitive and empathic in some way.
Let’s use an example of you desire to have a dog. You master your mindset and visualize that you have a dog. You repeat in your head over and over again I am a dog owner, I am a dog owner! You really anchor in that leg of the tripod.
Meanwhile, you feel a longing in your heart, a lacking, you feel the absence of the dog most of the day. When you see others with a dog you feel a twinge of wishing that you too had a dog.
You find yourself frantically searching for a dog that needs a home, that one dog that will make all your dog ownership dreams come true. No matter how much you scroll and search it’s just not happening for you. You search, you take action, and repeat and find yourself feeling increasingly frantic and forcing yourself to search just a little bit more. You force yourself to go harder on your mindset work and say if I just believe it even more it will happen for me.
You get annoyed with yourself for feeling lack when you see others with dogs and you go even harder on the mindset. Meanwhile, the other two legs of your cocreation tripod a flapping in the wind with no footing to anchor into. Your nervous system and divine masculine energy of taking aligned action are distorted. You are in a frantic energy, taking energy from a place of lack. And your heart energy, your feelings and in a state of lack, your divine feminine energy is distorted. But still you focus forcefully on your mindset.
Then you learn about the power of your heart. You learn that feeling the presence of a dog fully in your heart will help. So you soften and let yourself really sink into the gratitude for having a dog now, when you see a dog you have compassion for yourself. Instead of beating yourself up you give yourself grace and compassion and love because you are centered in your heart. Pretty soon when you see a dog all you see if joy because your self compassion healed the part of you that was creating the pattern of lack.
You become aware of your frantic energy when searching for a dog and realize the power of your nervous system. You teach yourself to relax. Through your heart and self compassion and awareness of your nervous system you calm your frantic energy down. You teach your nervous system that you are safe, that you are supported and provided for and again with that self-compassion.
Now you are starting to anchor all 3 legs of the tripod. Your mindset let is supported by your heart/ feelings and your nervous system. Your Divine Feminine and Masculine start to come together on this subject of finding a dog. In this space of truth and self love you find yourself thinking of friend and it keeps coming to mind, so you text them randomly just to let them know they were on your mind.
The friend immediately responds and asks if you happen to know anyone looking for a dog right now because their sister has to rehome one. The exact dog of your soul desires. Your soulmate dog is here.
So what happened in this strange example? Your feminine heart led the way, she sent out a beacon to magnetize what was already yours to you. As the lack dropped away the distorted feminine dropped away and was filled with the truth of abundance, the truth of the divine feminine flow. As your nervous system is regulated with the mindful release of frantic energy, the force and pressure of distorted masculine feel away to reveal the truth of inspired action to text your friend, the Divine masculine. Your mindset supported the stability of the manifestation with your belief that a dog was already in your reality. Everything anchored together and the universe was able to deliver your soul desire.
This is what I’m getting at today. Your nervous system and heart chakra play a key role in what you attract and allow into your life. They all contribute to your frequency and point of attraction. If there is something sticky you have been working on shifting or bringing into your life play around with your heart and nervous system to see what happens.
