Money is energy, you are energy.
You have the ability to attract and repel anything. Money is no exception. If you don’t have the money you want, then you are repelling it. The best way to know if you are repelling money or not is to look at your bank account balance. How do you feel?
If you feel great:
Stay right there – don’t move. If you feel great about your money you are attracting it and more is currently on the way to you – congratulations!
If you feel ‘meh’ or just ok:
You have some blocks to work through. Your job is to now figure out where your negative beliefs about money came from and release them. Clear any and all money blocks that come up (you can tell it’s a block because you’ll feel negative emotion) and replace with a positive money belief such as “money comes to me quickly and easily” or “I’m always receiving unexpected income”.
If you feel somewhere on the scale of hopeless to frustrated:
You’ve got major money blocks. A childhood where things were tight could cause this. Or it could be a belief that people with money are bad or that you don’t handle money well. These are just your beliefs and a belief is just something you keep thinking. So get started on clearing those blocks and since you’re low on the emotion scale you will want to take action to shift your money focus to positive daily, if not multiple times daily.
4 EXERCISES TO SHIFT YOUR MONEY FOCUS TO POSITIVE
#1 Do not focus on money – If, when you focus on money you don’t feel good, then don’t focus on money. Set up automatic bill payments, and look at your account as little as possible. Avoid worrying about money and when you find you are replace it with something that makes you smile or laugh. You’re #1 goal is to feel good. You will find money start to trickle in the better you feel.
#2 When you notice the negative creep in about money start to tap it out. Brad Yates does excellent, free videos about this and this is my favorite. Use daily for best results.
#3 Give yourself little upgrades to feel richer. Chose maybe one thing once a month or more often that makes you feel rich but doesn’t cost a ton. Plan it in advance and get really excited for it. Wine with friends, a movie date, staying in bed for hours and reading, a luxurious bath with candles or (cough, cough) a session with me. These are just a few ways to raise your vibration up. Allow the lovely feeling to wash over you as you plan it, really bask in it while you are doing it and then look back on it with those same great feelings. Now your vibration is getting up there and money will see you as already rich and start to trickle in.
#4 Pretend to spend the money and play with gratitude. This may seem crazy but mentally spend $100 – $1000 every day and thank the universe for all the awesome stuff you have now. Really get into the gratitude feeling of thanking the universe for what you already have. Even if all you have is what you’re reading this blog post on – thank the universe get really grateful. Money and the universe both love this and they will be attracted to you through this excercise.
