If you want to have great relationships with those around you, first you have to have a great relationship with yourself.
How do you know if you have a great relationship with yourself?
How do you feel? If you feel great most of the time that is a reflection of the relationship between ‘you and You’. If you are hard on yourself and find yourself less then content it means that there is work to be done on the relationship between you and You. When you don’t agree with You (being your higher self) it creates a discord and negative emotions are felt.
For example: You (higher self) is always feeling love. There is no judgement or anger coming from this You. So when you find yourself starting to judge (maybe judging yourself), chances are some negative emotions will come up. That gives you an indicator that it is time to let that go. By releasing that judgement of yourself and focusing on something you love about yourself you will start to feel better. Now you are in agreement with You (higher self) and you can feel it.
Do more things that are fun, things that make you happy and when things turn out differently than how you had hoped, be kind to yourself. List the things that make you happy and spend time every day reviewing that list. Give yourself quiet time to further develop the relationship between you and you. It is the most important relationship you will ever develop.
A great relationship between you and you will translate into more and more great relationships, events and manifestations. The law of attraction works by giving you more of what you are already feeling. Give the Universe a reason to keep adding more great things to your life!
