As we continue through this doorway of 2018 many of us can feel the expansion that has been building inside of us all year long. We have been going through one doorway after another and it’s time to bring all of these energies together, feel them and express them. In other words all the growing pains this year, all the confusion, all the Divine light, and downloads – it’s time to create a nurturing environment for them in order for us to ground them and bring them to greater clarity and fruition in our lives.
The theme this week is about creating a solid, clear heart-based soil to soak this Divine light in. That can be easier said than done as many of us are still reeling from the super weird year we’ve been having that has asked so much of us. Here are the steps I recommend to make the most of the energy this week:
- Get into the vibration of love, acceptance, and non-judgment. Especially with yourself. Stretch yourself to feel what unconditional love really and truly feels like. You have the power to gift that to yourself and that will make all actions that you must take for your higher good so much easier. If you find yourself in a state of self-criticism this is THE focus for you. Suffering is not part of the journey this week so let yourself out of that room and step into some laughter and fun. Watch a super cute animal video if you need to to get your heart chakra waking up. You are being guided by Divine love this week, let yourself really feel that because it is so supportive and just really friggin magical and uplifting.
- Your home and your home within are themes for this week. Connecting to that inner sanctuary, again the Divine within. In my Rescue Goddess course this week corresponds to the Goddess Home, so for those of you in that program, you will get the picture of what that means. Basically what we are looking at is coming to a place of center, the calm within despite any storms that rage outside. This week you can also take things literally and ask what you can do to make your physical home more nurturing and cozy and full of love. The energy is on your side this week, so go with it. A third way to take this is that your body is also your home, how can you care more deeply for your body and make it feel the Divine love? Lots to take in here, but home is a loaded word.
- You are ready now. Start to express. Play with creativity. Don’t worry about knowing all the answers, all the how’s or judging yourself for being unsure of what is next for you. Just play with it. The energy is fertile and when you hit the right thing (when you are in a state of love towards yourself) you will know it immediately and you will feel the Divine fertility of the idea. Then let yourself roll with it! Again the energy supporting planting seeds of Divine inspiration is aligned this week and ready for you to have some fun with and become inspired by.
We are moving to a 5D way of living so there will be plenty of bumps on the path as we slowly shift out of 3D yet when we recognize that we always have a home within and we are gifted with an infinite supply of Divine inspiration and direction we can stand in our power and shine our light in only the way we uniquely came here to do.
