When you push against something you do not want, you attract more of that into your life.
It is easy to look at another person or group of people and say “that’s not the right way to live/act”, and get to feeling really negative. Just because you are happy living life the way you do does not mean it is the only correct way to live. It is ok to have contrast in our World! When you push against something with negative emotions not only is it felt by those you are pushing against it is also felt by you.
When you release judgement and control of others you free up your energy to start thinking about things that make you feel good. You have a chance to reconnect with your own inner being or soul that only emits love. Would you rather by bogged down by judging others or soaring high on the road to manifesting what you want? You don’t have to like what others do, just make peace with the fact that it has nothing to do with you and they are doing the best they can with what they’ve got.
Consider that many of the most unhappy people you know are spending a great deal of their energy pushing against someone they can’t control – if they were only to release they could start to change their reality immediately.
Start today by repeating a forgiveness affirmation (like the ones below) when you feel judgement boil up inside you. Even if you feel weird saying them to yourself at first, it is still going to help get you to a better feeling place. Forgive them and then forgive yourself, and move on!
