How do you feel called to embody your light and Soul path today?
I tend to repeat myself in the themes and guidance I share for one simple reason: we need a lot of reminding!
Like my 12 year old son who seemingly would not remember to bathe or brush his teeth if it wasn’t for my vigilance. We tend to forget the simple things that help keep us feeling aligned and anchored into our mission and path.
We see the world around us and there is so much on the go, so much to focus on and do and be and experience that we forget who we really are. We forget our own insight, direction and power. We forget the simplicities of who we really are as Divine Humans and get caught up in the noise of ‘what is’.
We know we want to activate and understand our soul’s potential in this lifetime yet what does this really mean? It means coming back to simplicity time and time again. It means focusing within more frequently then we may think we have time for. From this simple space of connecting within (whatever that means for you) we are delivered with one of our most powerful gifts: insight.
Insight can only come from within. It can only come from you. Words and energies from others may resonate, make an impact or shift you in some way yet to embody your own light the real power on your path comes from within.

This journey of the light warrior is designed to lead us into our own darkness, struggles and repetitive themes so that we have no choice but to remember who we are and rise up and through them. We are placed on a path that basically guarantees our evolution in this lifetime, if we choose it.

I am here in this lifetime to help guide and honour many aspects of human nature back into harmony and grace. A big part of that is guiding change makers like you back to the core of who you are and who we are as a species.
My mission is simple: anchor as much light as is possible into the human collective. ANCHOR being a keyword. My mission is not in the stars or in etheric planes. My mission is here on Earth so helping you to anchor, embody and be the change is a part of every one of my creations.
This is why I was guided to move so deeply into the human unconscious in my divine Human series. We dig deep while holding our Soul and Source frequency codes in order to really embody the shift. We work with the physical, mental, emotional and energy bodies because we are the total package and we operate 10x more powerfully when all our parts work together.
Embodiment of the shift is the anchoring of your soul gifts, it is clarity on your path and purpose. It is lightness of being that comes when your mental, emotional, physical and energy bodies harmonize and align to a common vision.
All of this to remind you to go within and take some time with yourself. Give yourself what you need, the support, grace, courage, love so that you feel safe and able to connect to your insight.
