Settling into the flow of current energetics
In this final lunar cycle before we step into the year of the fire horse we are being presented with an opportunity to calibrate into our truth.
If you have been asking for big changes, more peace, more abundance, more wellbeing, radiance and joy in your life, now is your time to get ready for it.
In order to step into a new reality and life experience we need to focus on what is within our control. We need to focus on creating the capacity and fertile ground to nourish the frequencies that will align us to the reality of our soul desires.
Societal expectations of the new year can place us in the mindset of pressure, needing to hit the ground running and many of us are feeling the subconscious undercurrent that if we aren’t doing all the things then we are somehow failing or missing the mark.
Our message today is a reminder of truth and the impact that we create in our own lives and in the collective through how we treat and feel about ourselves.
To create capacity within yourself for this next evolution it is a time of gentle unfolding. Of re-building trust, safety and surrender on all levels of being.
Your physical body holds the key to embodiment. Embodiment holds the key to what you will allow to show up in your life. Care for your physical body. Nourish your physical body. Send love and gratitude to every cell in your body. Prioritize nourishing meals, nourishing self perception, nervous system regulation and intuitive movements. Teach your body that you are enough. Teach your body that you are safe, supported and provided for by the Universe.
Ask yourself the question: if I loved myself as fully, completely and unconditionally as I am loved by Source how would I treat myself? How would I see myself?
Your mental body holds the key to belief in the unknown. To trust and acknowledge that even when you can’t clearly see the path ahead you know that everything is conspiring in your favour. You know that you are supported by unseen forces and you know that you have everything you need within you.
For those of us really feeling the strain of self judgement, fear and doubt there is an opportunity for huge mindset shifts. Take time each day to teach your brain and deepen neural pathways and beliefs that align to your truth. Use journaling, EFT tapping or similar to help get your mental energy in the flow of your truth and let go of beliefs and perceptions of the past that no longer support you.
Your energy body is what brings it all together. Your frequency can override (to some degree) distortions in your physical and mental field. When you loop in frequency care along with mental and physical you complete the triad of personal transformation.
You can care for your frequency in millions of ways truly. From grounding and getting in nature, to energy healings, meditations, to surrounding yourself with music, beauty and people, places and things that uplift you.
The most important aspect in all of this is to listen to your inner voice. Don’t fall into the overwhelming trap of distraction and feeling like what you do or who you are is in any way not enough.
You are enough exactly as you are. You do enough exactly as you are. You are unconditionally supported and provided for and the guides today come in with the reminder that it is time to recognize this within yourself.
Let this next cycle unfold naturally and focus on what is within your control right now. You have everything you need within you and if you could see yourself through the eyes of the Divine you would be glowing with self confidence, ease, joy and peace at the abundance that you are.
