Part of my message of Practical Ascension includes the integration and conscious reconnection of all parts of the Divine Human; the physical, mental, emotional and energy bodies.
For too long, we have been ignoring, fearing or judging strong or challenging emotions.
As the Divine Human we honor our emotional flow and work with it to amplify our wisdom, clarify our experiences and lean deeper into our truth and power.
As we expand in awareness, we realize the importance of each of our bodies, and our role as the observer, the consciousness that brings it all together.
In this Practical Ascension program, we connect deeply with the emotional body and practice honoring its massive role in our existence and evolution.
We're also realistic about the challenges the emotional body faces in our current society as we ascend. We work with these emotional challenges, in order to embody the Divine Human within us and set the framework for the collective.
