Are you trying to control something that you really have no control over?
The act of releasing control, of letting go of things that are outside of our control is an extremely smart move. When you release control, you let your body and energy relax. By trying to control things you create an energetic block that may be stopping you from receiving REALLY great things, plus if you hold on to control for too long it could make you physically or emotionally ill.
Instead, focus your intention on what IS under your control. You control how you feel in any circumstance, you control how things make you feel and so control what you are drawing into your reality.
You also control how you behave and which of your ideas you act upon. Get in the habit of choosing to do things that feel really good when you think about them, and release that tight grip you have over things that you have no control over. Oh and by the way, other peoples behavior counts as something that you can not control…
This week practice going with the flow and allowing things to happen, you may be surprised at how well things can go when you aren’t trying to control them!
