2018 and 2019 carried with it a lot of business lessons for most of us on the spiritual path and it can sometimes feel like we are going in circles.
Trying all the things, coming back to the same outcomes. A loop of growth and lessons that we are so done with. If you are really paying attention and if you are doing your inner work you might have noticed that these circles you are going around in are more like spirals. Your vibration is raising, your purpose is getting more clear and your power is expanding.
Have you noticed that an issue that might have knocked you down for a month a year ago, you can now move through in a week or a day?
If so you are spiralling through lessons, just because it has come back up doesn’t mean that you didn’t clear it enough the first time, it just means that you are being invited to your next level of mastery.
So if you are in a chaotic time right now it is ok. You haven’t lost your way – in fact you are exactly on your way!
Today I’m sharing with you my top 5 lesson I’ve learned in my business in the last few years and that continue to come back around for me and increase my mastery.
#1 Do not control. Do not try to control. OMG control, rigidity, too much structure, too much expectations. Take it easy. If you want your business to feel easy, fun and like you are really serving at your highest level then the first thing you need to do is ask how are you trying to control? How are you making things harder than they need to be or overthinking? How are you overly focused and connected to the outcome of your projects and launches? If we want ease we must embody ease. We must embody trust and consistently let go of beliefs that contradict this. You can start this with a child-like energy. Instead of the pattern of “I need to get this many clients in this time frame” which is a control and fear based energy switch it up to “Wouldn’t it be amazing if I got this many clients in this time frame, or something even better I haven’t thought of yet? That would be so fun, so amazing, I’m already excited and grateful!”. Changing the energy from need to gratitude is you trusting the Universe to do it’s part. It’s you saying ok I’m cool with letting go of control (which does not mean inaction) and trust that everything is always working out in my favor.
#2 Ascension Alchemy Method™, you need all 3. My method for coaching, for teaching and training is called the Ascension Alchemy Method™. In this method we start with energetics, looking at the energetics of what you are focused on in your business. What subtle energies are present and is it supportive of you and where you want to go? We then look at mindset. Do you actually believe that you can achieve what you want to? Do you believe you are worthy of it? Finally we move on to practical action. What one focused action step can you take right now? When you consider your energy, mindset and practical action combined you get a crystal clear picture of how to move deeper into the business of your dreams. Doing all energy work without the others, however good it feels will not equal sustainable business growth or success.
#3 Trust your inner voice above all else. This should be pretty simple for someone like that teaches advanced intuition. But nope I still get super creative reminders that this is always, always, always the best path. I will still make some choices with logic, maybe I’m rushed, maybe I got temporarily insane. Whatever the case I have been ‘invited to mastery’ with this subject more times than I can count. This doesn’t mean don’t use your logic or strategy it simply means always start with the intuitive nudges. Once you clearly hear your nudges then apply your strategies and you have an incredibly powerful combination. When you feel like you are lost is a key example of this. When you want to search outside of yourself for answers is the exact right time to go quiet, go within and see what you have been ignoring. It always leads to a more aligned path. This applies to everything from marketing, accepting clients, to creating offers, accepting partnerships and everything in between.
#4 Know that the challenging times always pass. With each level in business comes a new challenge, this is not to be pessimistic but instead – you guessed it and invitation to mastery. With each level you move through in your business you get to uncover new mindset beliefs, new energetic patterns and have to upgrade the way you feel and think about yourself, your business, your life. These times will come while you are in business. To avoid them is to avoid your own growth and to go around in circles, not spirals. To face them head on and feel it as soon as you can bring yourself to will help you to move through more quickly get out of the chaos and heavy energy and get back into the flow of why your business is amazing. These will pass and you will be better for it. It’s all a part of the adventure, and generally will precede a miraculous time of growth.
#5 Your why is always far more important than your what. The subtle energy that is behind everything you do in business is far greater than what you are actually doing. For example, if you put out an offer with the energy of control, needing to get a certain outcome chances are that offer is not going to fly all that well. Chances are you are putting out that offer from a place of fear, fear that you won’t get the clients or the money or that you will fail in some other way. This is normal and this is part of the work that we as spiritual entrepreneurs are here to do. We are here to change the definition of what business means, we are working on some next level stuff and that means we are carving a new path so need to be on our toes with subtle energy. Asking why am I putting this offer out there? See what comes up, it’s normal to have fear and control at the forefront but if you can shift your mindset to excitement, joy, love, being of service and yes money can still be included here but only if when you think of money it feels really good. If you are carrying heaviness around money then using that as a focus of why you are doing something will attract more heaviness around money. Position your why so that it feels amazing when you take action in your business and you will see far greater results. You attract what you are, it’s that simple.
