When times are uncertain it can be easy to fall into fear consciousness. Staying grounded and reminding yourself of who you really are and how incredibly supported you are helps to align your focus to expansion, purpose and unity.
Once you are in this 5D consciousness of unity you move towards empowerment. As you move towards empowerment you start to make choices and express yourself in a way that supports your growth and evolution and supports the ascension timeline.
